Free vendor bank-change & duplicate invoice check
Paste your bill or payment list. In seconds you'll see review candidates: vendors whose bank details changed, possible duplicate invoices and look-alike vendor names.
Private by design: this runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste is uploaded, saved or sent anywhere. (We only count how many checks are run, as a number.) Use only the last 4 digits of any bank account.
Want the whole year checked? The PayablesCheck 12-month review runs these checks and more (look-alike vendors, odd amounts, missing W-9 details) on a full QuickBooks or Xero export and gives you a plain-English list to review. $149 one-time.

- Bank details changed: the same vendor was paid to a different account (by last 4 digits). This is the #1 sign of vendor-impersonation fraud.
- Possible duplicates: the same invoice number, near-identical numbers like 10045 and 10045-A, or the same amount within 14 days.
- Look-alike vendors: names one or two letters apart, like "Bright Clean" and "Bright Cleen".
How to get your list
QuickBooks Online: Reports → Bill Payment List or Vendor Expenses → Export to Excel, then copy the columns. Xero: Accounting → Reports → Payable Invoice Detail → Export. Add a last-4 column from your bank or payment records if you have it. Columns can be separated by commas or tabs (paste straight from a spreadsheet).
