1. The service

PayablesCheck provides automated review of accounts-payable exports and vendor lists for possible duplicate payments and vendor-record problems. PayablesCheck is an automated review service. Every item is a review candidate, not a finding of error or fraud. We don't give legal, tax or accounting advice.

2. Your responsibilities

• You're authorized to share the exports you send.
• You verify every item before acting on it, including calling vendors on numbers from your own records.
• You decide whether any payment is a duplicate, an error or fraud.
• You have the right to share the files you send us.

3. No guarantee

We work carefully, but reports depend on the information you provide. The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

4. Payment and cancellation

Prices are shown on our site. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel anytime by email and you won't be charged again. One-time services are refundable if we haven't started work. Full details: refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

PayablesCheck™, our name, logo, website, report formats, templates, text and software are our property. You may use reports we deliver for your own organization. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative or competing services from our site, templates, report formats or methods without our written permission.

6. Referral program

• Share your link or code. They mention it when they start.
• Credit is earned when they pay and don't get a refund within 30 days.
• Each credit = one free month of monthly watch ($39 value). Up to 12 credits per year. Bookkeepers: ask about partner pricing.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. No self-referrals. We may end or change the program with notice on this page; credits already earned are honored.
