Is this a person or software?
It's an automated service. Software runs the checks, and every item shows the evidence so you can confirm it yourself.
What should I do with a bank-change flag?
Call the vendor on a phone number from your own records (not one in the email asking for the change) and confirm before paying.
Is my data safe?
Send exports with bank account numbers removed. We keep files only while you're a customer and delete them within 30 days after.
Can I do this from my phone?
Yes. QuickBooks and Xero both export reports to a file you can attach to an email.
