About PayablesCheck

PayablesCheck is a small, independent, automated review service for small-business owners and the bookkeepers who help them. It does one job: point out payments worth a second look before money leaves, or soon after.

How it works behind the scenes

Software checks your paid-bills and vendor exports for duplicate-looking invoices, recent bank-detail changes, invalid or shared tax IDs and lookalike email domains. Every item shows the source rows so you can confirm it yourself. Nothing is declared fraud or an error.

What we are honest about

• We're new (launched 2026) and don't have customer reviews yet. That's why every plan starts free.
• It's an automated service, not a law, insurance or accounting firm, and we don't give that kind of advice.
• Prices are on the homepage, with no sales calls and cancel anytime on monthly plans.
